Hello Dawn, We got home yesterday after been away for five weeks. Had a great time, which has resulted in many life long memories. When Mark collected the car from the train station I told him how pleased we were with the car and your service. You were most accommodating, responding to enquiries promptly and even made suggestions that would improve our experience when you felt if would be helpful. On delivery Mark spent time explaining the operation of the vehicle and even offered to have me follow him out of the village to get me off in the right direction. This turned out not to be necessary as the GPS worked very well. The car was very comfortable and met our needs in every way. I would be pleased to recommend RK Services to anyone visiting England and will surely rely upon your services next time we return.
